All tenants will be referenced by an independent referencing agency.
Each applicant aged over 18 should complete the referencing forms and provide identification – either a copy of a driving licence, utility, council tax or mobile phone bill, or passport.
It is a requirement that a tenant’s gross month income is a minimum of 2½ x the monthly rent and that the tenants should have been permanently employed in the UK for the previous 6 months. If you do not meet these requirements, an increased deposit, guarantor or 6 months rent in advance may be required. Guarantor’s monthly income should be 3 x the monthly rent.
Rent & Deposit
On receipt of satisfactory references each adult will be required to sign the Tenancy Agreement. Payment of the first month’s rent
and deposit will be required in cash or by bank transfer. Future rent payments will be required by standing order or direct transfer.

All applications for tenancy are discussed with the Landlord. The submission of a completed application form does not guarantee the offer of a tenancy.
