Once you have found a property you like, you will be required to complete an application form.
Each applicant will be required to complete a form.
Please be aware that completion of an application does not guarantee the offer of the tenancy – this is subject to receipt of satisfactory references.
Terms and conditions
Identification (driving license/passport/utility bill) is required on submission of completed form. Should references be unsuitable or applications withdrawn we will retain this to cover costs
A deposit equivalent to 5 weeks rent is payable before the commencement of the Tenancy. The first months rent and deposit must be paid by bank transfer before we are able to release the keys to the property.
Applicants should be aware that in order to satisfy the criteria of our reference agency your gross income should be 2 ½ times the monthly rent and you must be in permanent employment. In addition you must have been resident in the UK for a minimum of six months.
